Important Information

Know before you go:

Check-in is required 45 minutes prior to departure. Latecomers are not guaranteed a rescheduled flight.
Smoking, food, and beverages are prohibited during helicopter flights.
The weight limit is 110 kg per passenger per seat.
Passengers who exceed or are close to this weight are required to purchase an additional seat due to the aircraft's weight and balance limitations.
Passengers who require a seat belt extender cannot be offered a tour.
Wear loose-fitting clothes and bring a light jacket for the drop in temperature as you go up.
Women up to 32 weeks pregnant have to provide a doctor's certificate allowing them to fly.
Parking is available outside the terminal building.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund, cancel the booking atleast 48 hours prior to the start of your tour.

Child Policy

Children over the age of 2 are permitted to fly and they are charged full price as regulations require them to have their own seat.
