• Kindly ensure your attire is respectful and covers both shoulders and knees while visiting our facility.
• A valid photo ID or passport is necessary for entry; please have it ready upon arrival.
• Please take note of Palace opening hours : 10:00am – 5:15pm
• Please take note of Palace in Motion : 6:45pm / Last entry for show – 6:15pm
• Palace in Motion is valid only if you arrive before the last entry time (30 minutes before showtime).
• Qasr Al Watan is a working palace, its hours of operation may vary without prior notice. Please refer to the official website for the latest updates
• Complimentary parking is available on-site. Valet services are offered for a nominal fee.
• Tickets grant access for a one-time entry only, so please plan accordingly.
• We offer free wheelchair access for those in need. However, strollers are available for rent at a small charge.
• For the safety and comfort of all guests, outside food and beverages (excluding bottled water) are not allowed within the facility or its themed areas.
• We provide prayer facilities at both the Visitor Center and Zayed Gate, open throughout operational hours for your convenience.
