      • Check-in is required 45 minutes prior to departure. Latecomers are not guaranteed a rescheduled flight.
      • Smoking, food, and beverages are prohibited during helicopter flights.
      • The weight limit is 110 kg per passenger per seat.
      • Passengers who exceed or are close to this weight are required to purchase an additional seat due to the aircraft's weight and balance limitations.
      • Passengers who require a seat belt extender cannot be offered a tour.
      • Wear loose-fitting clothes and bring a light jacket for the drop in temperature as you go up.                
      • Women up to 32 weeks pregnant have to provide a doctor's certificate allowing them to fly.
      • Parking is available outside the terminal building.
