Important Information

Know before you go:

Please carry a valid ID or Passport for a smooth visit.
Tickets are valid for one-time use and are non-refundable.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Socks are required for entry into the ball pit area.
Lost, damaged, or stolen tickets cannot be replaced or refunded.
Children aged 0-3 years enter for free.
Last entry is one hour before closing time.
Open daily from 10:00am-10:00pm from Sunday-Thursday and 10:00am-12:00am from Friday-Saturday.
AYA is 13 minutes away from downtown Dubai, Burj Khalifa, and Dubai Mall and 10 minutes away from Dubai International Airport.
Nearest Metro station is The Dubai Healthcare City – Green Line metro station.
Prayer rooms are available within Wafi City Mall, next to the park.
People of Determination receive free AYA entry, plus one caregiver ticket. Visit Customer Service with ID or eligibility proof.
AYA contains bright lighting effects that flash or strobe. The park may not be suitable for guests who have sensitivity to these conditions or a history of photosensitive epilepsy.
