Certain rides may have height and weight restrictions.
Operating hours may vary without prior notice, so please check attractions website prior to visit.
Not Suitable for pregnant women, persons with a history of neck, back, joint or heart problems, or persons overweight or with physically limiting conditions.
Remember to carry your swimwear and Towel.
Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times. Acceptable swimwear: one-piece/two-piece swimsuit, speedo, rash guard, board shorts and burkini.
Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed in any pool or attraction. Swim nappies/diapers are available in all gift shops.
Lifejackets are available at different locations around Aquaventure Waterpark. Ask a lifeguard for assistance
Selfie Sticks, Handheld Go Pro, and/or other action cameras are not allowed on any slides
Eyeglasses and jewellery should be removed before riding.
Visitors are not allowed to bring food or beverages or alcohol into Aquaventure Waterpark
Children under 1.2 metres (48”) should be always supervised by a responsible adult.

To receive a full refund, cancel the booking at least 24 hours prior to the start of your tour.

Child Policy

Children under 12 years must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Children below 1.2 metres height & below 7 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
Children 7 years and above 1.2 metres height will be considered as adult and charged adult rate.
