Passengers must sign a declaration form stating that they have no serious medical conditions.
Not recommended for participants with Phobia of heights or flying.
Not allowed for pregnant women,participants with serious heart-related conditions, back/knee problems or recovering from surgery.

All passengers are required to submit a copy of their ID (Passport, Emirates ID, or any government-issued ID).
All of our pilots hold a valid UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) license and have extensive flying experience with excellent safety records.
We will email you by 8:00 PM the evening before your flight with details about your pick-up time, location, and flight information.
We recommend securing your devices with a wrist strap or lanyard for safety during the flight.
Professional zoom lenses are not allowed.
We have two types of balloons for shared flights: one accommodates up to 20 passengers, and the other up to 24 passengers.
We recommend dressing in comfortable, casual clothing and flat shoes. The temperature in the air can be cooler than on the ground, so consider bringing a light jacket or sweater.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund, cancel the booking at least 24 hours prior to the start of your tour.

Child Policy

Children under the age of 5 years are not permitted on our hot air balloon tours.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Children between the ages of 5 and 12 are considered minors, while passengers over 12 are considered adults.
